Short answer: Yes, if your store meets Stripe's condition. Most stores don't.
What Stripe's rule says: Stripe's support page on prohibited and restricted businesses answers this directly: "Peptides that are for research purposes may be sold on Stripe as long as there are preventive measures in place to ensure these are not accessible to those who would purchase research chemicals for nonresearch purposes." The same page says Stripe "might be able to support businesses on its Prohibited and Restricted Businesses list with explicit prior approval." Why stores fail the condition: the rule is about the whole store, not one disclaimer. In its August 2026 warning letters to three peptide sellers, the FDA looked past "research use only" labels to what the sites said and sold: claims written as study results, articles, linked pages, dosing tools, and products sold together.
What "preventive measures" can look like: controls on who can buy, product language that makes no claims about effects in the body, disclaimers placed where they're needed, and no tools or pairings that point to human use. AlexiosTM checks each of these. What we check
Approval is Stripe's decision. AlexiosTM gets your site ready for the standard. It does not guarantee the outcome.
